I'll be honest... it's not bad. It's not great, and my usage is limited to my Microsoft Surface 3. But it's a weird combo of tablet user experience expectations and desktop expectations. Where things have moved, makes no sense sometimes. Sometimes it does. Better than KDE3. But I've been using it only for the last 12 hours give or take. I'd suggest actually using it as opposed to talking about it without any or limited experience.
