If so, I'd have to say that the UI leaves a lot to be desired personally. If not, please link me to what you meant. For a decent CBR, I've been using Astonishing Comic Reader with its ability to sync to OneDrive, Box & Dropbox.

As for note-taking apps: I want a native OneNote app

Wow, was not expecting that one to be mentioned. Wow. Not a bad thing at all, just really surprised. Cool!
