It's not really strange. These patches by coderus depend on a single Lipstick version (from the last update) and as Lipstick was updated to a newer version, these packages were automatically removed as part of the upgrade process. You can try fixing the patches by changing their required Lipstick version in the spec and rebuilding them by yourself - for all we know, they could still work (even though I doubt it, as Lipstick is moving quite fast as we're approaching Sailfish 2.0).
