Changelog:
- size optimization
- new spinners (16 frames instead 10)
- new option - folder color and opacity
- new option - "Harmattan" call-ui
- some new icons
- fixed textfield position in Alarm
- fixed textfield position in Contacts
- fixed emergency-call icon style
- other bugfixes and improvements

Please, note - installation time is about 15 minutes!
