Not bewildering as there were no updates on modest since long time
Besides the gmail problem (solved by freemangordon) and SSL/TLS (by foobar).
And still I see it as one of the best mobile mail clients!


BTW.: I stopped my fakepop service and modest is running fine, no complaints. So it seems we need socat only running during setup.


And with your approach I see it as having multiple account (identities)!
