Hmm. Ok, so I guess I'm probably looking at either the high-end Samsung or HTC offerings, or (going without an actual IR port) the much less expensive Nexus.

So, I've been looking at the various reviews of the One and the Galaxy, trying to tell if there's a significant difference between them. But man, there's a lot of opinions flying around. I'm guessing that either of the high-end machines would be a fine development device, right? Would there be any significant difference between the two of them? Thanks!
