It's practically dead - no one ever announced it, but it got abandoned. Quite the same with every project started by Smoku Talented boy, but one thing that you can be certain of, is that none of his "children" will ever reach maturity. Unless someone else grab the leftover code and push it forward, that is (but with Cordia, it wouldn't make much sense, mind you).

Also, just for the record - it was a desktop env. for Mer, not Meego/Harmattan.
