Yep, it affects all apps because LocalStorage has moved. The data is still there but under a different path.

/home/nemo/.local/share/harbour-<app>/QML/OfflineStorage/Databases to /home/nemo/.local/share/harbour-<app>/harbour-<app>/QML/OfflineStorage/Databases
