Just having swipe doesn't make an OS like Harmattan... I find it surprising so many people still associate only having swipe to Harmattan when the fuller picture is the GNU/Linux core... BB10 is nowhere close to Harmattan except for its superficial features like swipe UI... For me, BB10 simply lacked anything unique hence it isn't worth it..
