Honestly, I simply do not remember is there any way to make your N9 visible as non-MeeGo device. As for the sync more then 2 weeks emails. Check MeMailSettings app (small self advertisement :-D).

BTW, anyone wanna buy me a beer in Malmo or Copenhagen? I'm here for ~10 days or so...
