They should be listed in the "en" (english) list of module available in manage/remote.

You can also just download them from the crosswire web site and unzip them in the directory where you store the other modules:

The database is just an index of words per verse: the sword engine let one perform such a search, but as there is no index used, the time it would take would be too long (and there does not seem to be an option to use the clucene index for them).
