PR1.3 still not available in my region UAE via OTA. Does it mean, I have to rely on my remedy of restarting my WiFi connection, untill PR1.3 is out here... I am not having a hardtime as of now, as I have my Laptop to use the internet at home, but just curious if 1.3 will really resolve this. I wll be more than happy then
