Sorry, no I meant "processes" in the sense of development activities going on within the Nokia organisation itself. Not public-facing things like bugs.maemo.org, but server farms for compiling or collaborating on code, hidden to the public but using the maemo.org namespace. Presumably these development activities no longer exist so this is no longer a barrier.
