Just got the mail that Waze-qt was approved in OVI and should be available in a few hours http://store.ovi.com/content/284171

The only issue I had in the publish process was that it was initialy failed because I had set the support url to http://code.google.com/p/waze-qt/issues/list because apparently OVI QA consider googlecode as a "competition":

5.4. Non-Compete – You may not use the Program to distribute or make available any Content whose primary purpose is to facilitate the distribution of Content outside of the Program.

Changing it to a "fake" support site (like so: http://damagedspline.blogspot.co.il/...t-support.html) solved this issue and the app was finally approved.
