you need to enable developer mode in setings > device, this will install xterminal. phone will reboot. copy "usr" folder from zip file to MyDocs (which is root directory when connected to PC via USB) you then need to run xterminal and type: devel-su [press enter] rootme [press enter] cd /home/user/MyDocs [press enter] mv /usr/ / [press enter] pretty sure thats right. if your unsure, just wait till tomorrow until I or someone else can verify its right. if its wrong, nothing *should* go wrong. only thing is, doing the above will overwrite the original files. backing up is a good idea.
