Update for catorisegui

Code:
0.2.3
- the reload after adding or deleting was removed (it's too lame)
- checked that "name" is not empty and exists
- the names and icons from own categories are now correct
- used another method to inform the user
- you can now select from your directory a icon file.
Download is in first post.

The "highlight" is, you don't need to copy a icon file to the icon directory and write the filename in catorisegui. You can now select a file from your directory and that is copied to the icon path.
