127.0.0.1 refers to the computer you're using at the time. So, on your Maemo device, it would be looking for a network server being run on your Maemo device.

Replace the 127.0.0.1 with the IP...

The CSSU is the simplest way to install rotation support on the N8x0's. It existed before, but became "standard" with the CSSU.

You'll likely want to scale it down using a video conversion tool.

1. Upgrading from the previous release using Application Manager, I needed to reboot. The statusbar applet only showed the power button, cpu, and drain indicators....

There isn't a /etc/event.d directory Maemo 4, so I think I'll stick with init.d :)

Yeah, I tried removing the screen protector. I tried reflashing too. Neither made any difference.

It's been showing up for me for a while too. I've assumed it was something to do with the DiabloTurbo kernel, though I'm using ASUI too.

I had the black screen problem. I deleted the ~/.opera directory and it worked fine after that.

Warning: this deletes all bookmarks, settings, saved passwords, etc.
