I had the opacity set to max so it was coming up grey then set it to 0 and it had no border or background. Finally...

Not sure I just copied the files over as normal and thats how the shortcut looked..

All I did was save the zip unzip it add my icons to the folder then copied to the usr/share.

Slight Update.

Managed to make a battery icon with the same colour theme along with the signal icon.

Oddly the 3g bit under the signal i've not touched but it seems to have cocked the icon up,...
