TI has a great sample program, they never have denied me a sample and they ship it worldwide, free of charge :)
Anyway... I must say I needed their samples for real electronics projects, i didn't...

That is just an example, every component may have a different maximum temp and heating rates... I don't know wich would be the actual parameters for a mobile phone... and with components so close to...

And does your reflow station have temperature profiles? or only one fixed temperature setting?
because it's important to follow a certain heating and cooling rate in order to obtain a good solder in...

If you read the product specifications it says it needs 153 balls +16 or 64 support balls...
And having the same pin number doesn't mean it also has the same pin pattern...

mmm, my n900 cost me about 210€ with a vodafone contract of 18 months more than a year ago...
