Thank u, this is what i'm doing now, i track my activity with ecoach and upload gpx file on mapmytracks.
mapmytracks directly on device would be better but i can wait for it.

I used front camera with amsn app, video quality was acceptable but amsn was very slow in use, so i've removed it and now i use pidgin.
I think front camera will work better with future...

8-10 msm out-in
2 phone out call
10 mins of video record
some photos
and some contacts editing
