Is it just me or is version 0.0.9 not persistent anymore? It's not showing up in the status menu after the update.

I tried Sportstracker. It complains about libmeegotouchcore.so.0 (and about libstdc++6).

If u say water went into the phone u most likely have to change the slider and probably also the screen. The phone itself should be ok.

The problem with the apps is the same as with the TV. Tons of stations, but you only use a couple of them. So why bother about 2e5 apps you don't use anyway and just be happy with all the 1e3...

I tried that, but didnt really work that good. I looked up a few pages, but there u have to hit some button with some java embedded code to get the actual values. Dont know how to do that with that...

I live at an elevation of 2000m and thought it would be cool to have quick way to check the current uv index with a small widget rather than having to load a webpage or so. Anyone up to the task?

If you can see the screen, but no illumination, its most likely the digitizer. If the screen's not showing up at all, its more likely the LCD or maybe just the connector to the LCD.

There is no back illumination at all. The only way I can use my phone atm is to get lots of diffuse light on it. I actually found some damage on the flex-ribbon cable, which seems to be the problem.
