Just updated to 0.7.9
I used minimos' #987 code :
dpkg --ignore-depends=meecast-applet-enable -r meecast

Perfect result :
Meecast 0.7.6 = uninstalled
Activating Applet = still here.

After exiting N9 Qtweak, I rebooted the device.

It has been rebooting again and again, the only way to stop...
