Did you look in Program Files or Program Files (x86)? My guess is that you will find the files in the x86 folder as it's unlikely to be a 64 bit program.

Having downloaded the GlogArchive program and run that, I had a csv file. I've sent that to my PC and have removed all lines relating to telephone calls.

Including a header line, I have 2100 lines...
