Why don't you just add "bash" command to your ".profile" file in /home/user path?... It'll open bash every time your start xterm.

I tested your scripts, it does really make a difference (at least on my device), nice work!



The workaround is to open alsamixer from terminal: alsamixer -c 0

And raise the Headphones...
