Okay tried to restart the Holux and the N810 a couple of times, and it seems to work pretty good now. It gets a fix really fast compared to the N810, and i can have it in my pocket and still working,...

When I first got my N810, i had to flash with newest software which at that time was 2007.50-2, after that i just opened skype and it installed automagically, the only thing i had to do was to accept...

No i mean N810 and Holux, why is that so hard to believe?

The built-in GPS is very slow to get fix and that has been annoying me for a long time now. So I decided to get a Holux M-1200.

I just bought a Holux M-1200 some hours ago and read the manual for it.

Now my problem is that the Holux M-1200 claims that it has position fixed, while my N810 says it's still looking for a fix,...

Just tried some various Pokemon games, but they are running pretty slow and the colors look awful. Also is there a way to disable the sound, cause it sounds horrendous.

Are you going to use it only as a GPS? The navigation part isn't free, there is a 10 day trail or so, but if you want it to tell you which way to go and so forth, you need to pay some extra money for...

What I did was get a Sandisk 8Gb card, and buy another 1Gb card from Kingston with the MiniSD adapter, cause I coulnd't find them in loose sale anywhere. Maybe a friend of yours need the 1Gb card?

Well I've got it to work several times now, and I've found out that It can take up to about 5 minutes or a little bit more. So I need to be patient. Also it can have problems when you are near a lot...

I had the same problem, I had to flash the IT with the newest version of OS2008, you can get the update program at nokia's homepage under support for the N810.

Thanks for the fast reply, I'll try that tomorrow and see if I can get a connection.

Apart from that my impression off the N810 is pretty good, I've already installed a shitload of apps and games....
