You can tell the builtin browser not to load images by clicking on the small magnifying glass in the bottom right and selecting: show images > only loaded or never

I managed to get usb controller to run by adding
/usr/bin/run-standalone.sh to /etc/sudoers with NOPASSWD

I'm pretty unsure about what I'm doing but now i can start usb control.

You have to run the dpkg -i command in the same directory as the packages which you have downloaded.

Here is a deb built from the things in the debian armel repository.

I don't know much about these things I just hit build and now i have a .deb that has plugins.
Just launched it and it seems to...

You will have to compile it with plugins. At least in think the .deb in the repository isn't built with it.
