My Cobalt Qube 2 (SOHO server, 250 MHz MIPS processor) came with 16 MB of RAM, so 32 MB is still ok.

best way would be to add teh following line at the end of dosbox.conf (/usr/share/dosbox/dosbox.conf):
mount d /media/mmc1/
mmc1 is the external card, mmc2 the internal one, so change that...

My post was not about declarative UIs being a new concept, but that in this case it is applied to a well known UI framwork made by Qt Software which in turn is owned by Nokia who made the devices...

mplayer should be able to play wmv and wma. you'll have to associate those mimettypes with mplayer via dbus-switchboard, though (search for it here in the forums)

I dont think that KDE is actually lightweight ;) KDE and GNOME are probably the heavy weight champions among the window managers on Linux. LXDE, E17 and others have a much smaller footprint.
