I tried running your video and it chunked hardcore. Perhaps it has to do with the encoding? From within the OS it chunks the same in mplayer and mediaplayer.

I had no luck using Windows 7 64 Bit. It wouldn't properly connect to the phone, though the binary did run. I am not sure why, played around with it for 15 minutes before grabbing the .tar.gz file...
