I have tried 0.2.3 version but in settings when i want enter adress IP, the keyboard has a coma and not dot to type correctly the IP adress.

In the doc of ACPM-7251, it talks about GSM/EDGE and UMTS and nothing else, so i think you had made a msitake by writing "LTE(850)"

The Jolla phone has the same chipset Qualcomm MSM8930AA than HTC One, this one support LTE fréquencies in following flavor : 800/1800/2600 MHz :)
