Hmm,
for me as a german, it is quite simple to enter "ß".
But .. i wonder about your mapping software ... Sygic has found a smart way .. i always enter ue ae and ss .. and Sygic replaces it for...

any idea how to turn portrait mode for 180 deg ?
I am going to attach the n900 to my car, and i want the cable on the bottom, not at the top of the device.
Any ideas ?

If you want turn yourself into a clown, feel free to do so.
By the way - i used ovi maps serveral times as navigation - and it worked. Not as good as sygic, but it worked.

Thats quite simple - i just started yesterday with it.
If you already found the png´s, just copy them to a mac / pc and create your own with a tool like photoshop - without changing the filename....

N900 as upnp client - problems with pictures
Hi,
has anyone managed to get the n900 working as a client to an upnp-server ?
I have massive problems getting "pictures" streamed, streaming music is not a problem.
I own a buffalo...
