i was gonna suggest the same because i've seen it on display at the East Brunswick Best Buy as well. even though I had mine already, i asked them if they had any in stock (this was a few months ago)...

did you simply pair the phone through bluetooth or did you use the phone wizard that sets it up with an internet connection too? use the "phone" option in control panel instead of the "bluetooth"...
