I support open source and standards. Not to mention, WinMo 6.x is rather clunky and ugly IMO.

I think the crowding feel is aggravated by the flatness of the keys. If they were domed more or larger, I honestly don't think it would be an issue. With the Droid, I found it difficult to not press...

I didn't mean to say you had to be a developer to like the N900. My point was that the fact of Maemo being more open and therefore easier to develop for, is not an advantage to me.

The N900 is very much for me. I just don't think the mobile computer description is very apt. It's much more a smart phone to me.
