Thanks for the hint. I figured out how to enable port 14238 in the firewall but no luck. I then disabled the firewall but that didn't help either. Still get "Failed (Can't connect) on the N800.

Thanks for the info, I was finally able to remove a couple applications. I was trying to delete them from the main garnet vm screen. The delete button on the right doesn't seem to work.

I just noticed that my address database was missing a lot of street addresses. I just searched and found your thread describing the same problem - none of the "home" addresses get synced to the GVM...
