every line that starts with # is a comment and is not run by the script

it looks like you are suppose to save this script in the same directory as your .wav files

open a terminal and cd...

I think I see the problem
my packages install the executables to /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/sbin
I have been getting root threw the command
root
so it seems that sudo gainroot doesnt add...

when you download a program threw Application Manager or apt-get it saves the .deb files in
/var/cache/apt/archives
until the cache is cleared
copying the files from there should be easier...
