Re: New project: icd-wlan-priority, testers needed

OK. So that's the problem. I renamed Nokia's file to some other name, not exactly what you proposed.

Unluckily my N900 ran out of battery, so I'll have to wait until I can re-charge it again. :-(

Re: New project: icd-wlan-priority, testers needed

I have no libicd_network_wlan.so in /usr/lib. I just have libicd_dbus, libicd_log and libicd_settings.

Neither it is on /lib.

Any idea?

Re: [Announce] CSSU stable release

I'm facing this problem but there is no PC suite for linux to my knowledge. What can I do? Is there any way to work-around this?

Thanks.

Talking Re: [Announce] Opera Mobile 11.5

Great! Many thanks.

Do you know if making flash work is on the plans? It's the only reason Opera is not my main browser on the N900 (it is at home and it used to be at work until Opera for Solaris...

There is a version for PR 1.3. The information is in the thread but I cannot recall where exactly.

Re: my phone alwayes lag

Have you tried MohammadAG's Hildon Desktop?

http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=60599

It speaks initially about kinetic, but it fixes also the phone problem.

Re: Strange problem: random reboots when using Mappero whilst on my bike

I am sure the battery is not involved because I carry my N900 with me all the time and it only crashes/powers off if I'm using Mappero.

I tried with OSM2Go which worked flawlessly.

Re: Strange problem: random reboots when using Mappero whilst on my bike

I've also notice this problem, except that in may case instead of rebooting, the device just powers off.

It's not a battery problem as I can power it on again and it goes not working.

Any way to have a third input language?

It is currently possible to switch input languages by pressing CTRL+Space, but the configurable languages are limited to 2 (at least in the GUI). Is there any way to get a third language?

Please...

Re: [Announce] SMScon (control your device with SMS)

There is a command to launch a pre-existing script. Just create one script that will delete all your pictures and send the SMS to launch it whenever you want.

That's what I did.

Re: Oh my God, N900 value is now 1,000 on Amazon!!!

That simply means they don't have in stock and they are not planning to have.

Instead of saying "we have none", they just discourage you from buying it. If you still want to pay $1000 for the...
