I had the same problem a while back, and yes, Wayfinder has a phone number. How I came across it, I cannot remember. I do recall speaking with a customer service lady who simply reset my Wayfinder...

True, but as mentioned in a previous post (http://www.internettablettalk.com/forums/showpost.php?p=139744&postcount=2), the detail view (shows when you click on the applet) has a black font.

Huh. Weird. Rebooted again. All is well now. The take-away, I suppose, is ... when in doubt, reboot. When that doesn't work, reboot again. x-: It kinda reminds of how you need to restart MicroB...

Did you update to the most current firmware? I ask because the older firmware has a known SD card corruption bug. The current firmware supposedly fixes this problem.
