Yep, for me it happened for all my contacts (Facebook, GTalk, Skype and AIM) too.

Though it happened only once (when I rebooted and got online for the first time after installing the app).

In N900 Settings, check for 'Transfer & sync' under Connectivity. It opens a wizard which is self-explanatory.

I have used it couple of times with other Nokia phones but I am not sure if it will...

You can use Transfer and Sync from N900 control panel to sync Contacts and SMS with other phone

There is an event DB file available in N900 that stores Conversations but that won't be useful if...
