Snowshoe, Qt5 and QtWebKit are under heavy development and it's normal that bugs appears at this stage.

About the scrolling issue, it's a known QtWebKit problem and it's being worked on.

There is really an issue related to python2.5 and python2.5-minimal.

python2.5 was somehow promoted automatically but python2.5-minimal wasn't. It is really strange extras accepting promotions...
