To check it is installed correctly open the Settings, then Certificate Manager and it should be in the list. If not you might have a certificate with no CA or its signed by an untrusted CA.

From the excellent wiki;

"Unfortunately, there is no way to disable certificates check at the client side in the current MfE release."

Will there be the ability to do this in later releases?

Its a DER file.

DER file works with the other site I tried.

Just tried it as a PEM file with chain and the same thing happens.

It just displays the details, no install button. But the PEM...

I am trying to install the attached SSL certificate, but it won't install, just displays its details. What's wrong?

I exported the certificate, from the website, as a DER file using my Firefox...

I still can't get MfE to work, but I'm now fairly sure its all down to the certificate handling. So I'll update below and look for a N900 certificates management thread.
