Re: Finally, my turn for WSOD

It is a beautiful little screen - probably ideal for a unix console, for instance - but I'm living in fear that it will WSOD on me...

It sounds as though the partition might be corrupt. FAT partitions are, well, pretty bollocks comared to modern ones - a lot less robust. However they're easily read cross-platform, hence why its...

"Tough lovin'" or "The 8-yard fall"

You know how it is, not enough sleep, thumping headache, you drop your 770 down the hole in the stairwell that's designed to be just big enough to let a 770 fall two floors, unimpeded.

:(

And...

How about 'Synergy'?

Has there been any effort porting synergy to the 770? Not having a bt keyboard yet, it would be really useful from an input point of view (e.g. in xterm). I can see there being problems around the...

The stylus tip is grey, but the pencil is most definitely a pencil & the pen has a blue strip around it so they're very easily distinguishable.

I'm going to be using a screen protector anyway.

Thumbs up Fancy-pants stylus

I'm just about to start a ship-design job in London's Fenchurch Street (this Monday!), so I figured I need a nice pen. As I'm planning on toting my 770, I needed a stylus, too.

I found the...
