opened command promt as administrator and kept u key a good bit after getting the messagle suitable device not forund, waiting and nothing happens. also I selected that option in F8 when starting but...

or may be as you say it could be also that the phone connects to PC with the usb but PC is not communicating with phone, then it might windows fault..i wonder if it might be the same case if I try in...

yes the phone completely off. I even took the battery out and waited a bit.
did steps 1 2 3 and nothing. can you explain to me why the promt screen doest allow me to tipe anything else...
