Fuse with OS 2007 HE?
Actually I use ssh to stream movies to my IT. Is there a way to install fuse on 2007 HE? Would make it easier to play movies and sound files.

Which one is better suited for the IT. Give me the ultimate answer :).
I think the idea of porting ubuntu is the only way to let the tablet survive some further time. Nonkia lost already enough...

It seems I am in a dream. If nokia also releases the closed driver parts of their devices I dont want to wake up.
I guess Ubuntu will not work if a new kernel cannot read old proprietary drivers...

Is there an official statement from Nokia anywhere or are you just guessing? Secondly they can choose the chips for their devices and they have chosen (if you are right) three times the wrong ones....

I read some of the posts here and I think waiting for the goodwill of Nokia is the wrong way. The worst what coult happen to the 770 are the Hacker Editions. They only block development of a free OS....
