thx for your suppport .. i extract the file and i made backup by tweak K and i tried to open the messages still same .. should i restore by tweak Z ? .. and what about restore setting , it help ?

Thx for your fast responding .. i did the two option and i reboot the device but still same and i think i did not make mistake with big or small letters because i already road the pdf file .. i...
