I tested the command in terminal:

sh /opt/dropcache-mdn/bin/dropcache.sh --2
/opt/dropcache-mdn/bin/dropcache.sh: line36: can't create /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches: permission denied

it was not completely flashed because of losing "cmt-mcusw". after reflashing n9 with the switzerland pr1.1, you must do this:
flasher -F...

some guys said they were losing many locations(cities) in china, which can be found by searching on yr.no website but not...
