Hum no. Recent CPU are far better battery efficient than old ones.

And there are recent CPU specifically build to offer a good mix between power and lower energy consumption, like the Snapdragon...

Smartphones no longer have screen with 3.5 or 4 inches.

You are asking for an unicorn.

5.5 is not a tablet, it's the standard size for phone since more than two years.
