It'll come in its original box and a screen protector. Has it's original leather sleeve, earphones, 128 mini sd card, two Stylus.

If New York FM radio stations have a broadcasting station near your or if their signal is strong enough to reach you, you should be able to hear NY stations in NC... but I highly doubt you can.
