Connect through Wi-Fi with different MAC address?
I'm changing wlan0 MAC address with:
ifconfig wlan0 hw ether 00:11:22:33:44:55
and it successfully change the address... untill I connect! Before the connection take place, it is automatically...

Well, the problem in merging contacts is still the same but after latest update of extra protocols you can receive links and other stuff with not-merged GG contacts.
That makes GG in N900 useful...

Loosing contacts in IM account.
I'm using a few IM accounts in my N900 and one of them is Gadu-Gadu (Polish messenger).

Yes, they're cached in the "/home/user/.cache/media-art/" folder and ".mediaartlocal" folders in your music directories.
You have to remove them like I wrote before.
I also had to remove files...

I knew that there has to be some other folders that keeps album arts. :D
If anyone has the same problem of changing album covers in N900 you just need to:
$ rm ~/.cache/tracker/file-*
$ rm...

awesome, I don't think you read my entire post, did you? ;)
I have embed pics to my mp3's and delete old cover.jpg already.
I've also remove .mediaartlocal folder. Tracker now creates new one...
