How to Get Missing Packages - GTK - GnomeVfs2 - libssl
 
I downloaded and installed deb file 'notecasepro' from http://notecasepro.com/download.php (click on the penguin icon and then maemo icon....)

However, after I installed program, I noticed program icon was not visible...so, went back to website page above and saw note about needing GTK, Gnome Vfs2, and libssl.

I tried finding them using FAM and then apt-get...not found...

Do I need to download and compile sources for these or ?

after trying to install the app, try out:
apt-get install -f

btw, this app is for the N900, fyi

When I do what you suggest, I get:

#apt-get install -f
Reading package lists.... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information....Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgrade.
Meanwhile, I checked apps shown again and now NotecasePro icon is there and I was able to open up the program!

Although, as program opened, I did get an error message:

Is it possible to update Gstreamer library?.....

ummm....yes.....that's why I was trying to install it on my N900.....
