how to reverse power key actions ?
 

is there a way to make a single press lock the phone, and two presses slide down the power options (reverse) ?

ok, i've used powerlock and tweakr but till now there are 2 problems :
1- powerlock don't lock the screen immediately
2- unlocking is also done by single press which bypass the slide to unlock screen and you may accidentally unlock the phone while its in your pocket.
is it fixable ?

As mentioned above, you can edit mce.ini according to this post. This will make your power button instantly lock your device on one press, and similarly you can map the menu to double press.

Also, the screen can be locked with (command taken from this post) which can be inserted into shortcutd or Queen Beecon to easily create a lock button/shortcut.

Hi mate i want same thing as you have mentioned above and i would like to have that on my phone but as i am quite naive at linux can you please write how to do it in simple to follow instructions!
