Acer plans to release Meego tablet next year.
 

New interview with Acer's CEO. It's mostly about Android, but he squeezes in Meego in one of the answers. Won't come until 2H2011.

We are also working on Meego but this is going to be second half of next year. When you think about a Windows tablet and you think about productivity, I think that a Windows tablet is still the best solution. When you think about media content and so on, Android today is a great solution and we think Meego will also be a good solution in the future.

Too bad, Acer is one of the companies with Nokia that i would want to see MeeGo tablet 1H 2011. Great that they are still making one of course.

I got quite horrible craving for tablet and i'm quite close of buying ipad here. :D Hopefully there's even some rumours or leaked pics of MeeGo tablet from big manufacturer before end of year.
